Robert has more than 30 years of working experience in the field of information science and technology. This includes hardware and software development, military systems development, overseeing implementation of the IT infrastructure and developing the Touch ‘n' Go prepaid card in Malaysia (the first in the world for tolls and multi-company settlement). Robert is the inventor of the NeuraBASE technology which is the basis for most of the applications developed by Synamatix. Robert obtained his degree BSc (Hons.) degree, majoring in Information Science from Monash University, Australia.

Munirah has more than 30 years of experience in business. She has also contributed significantly to society where, as a social worker, she worked for the betterment of women and children in education. In the late 1970s, she jointly set up the first independent software house in Kuala Lumpur. From 1985 to 2000, Munirah worked as Managing Director, Chief Editor and Executive Producer for Penerbitan Lajmeidakh, a publishing house which also produced various programmes for television. She is currently the Executive Director of Synamatix. Munirah obtained her degree, LLB (Hons.) from the University of London.

This is Arif’s first role in Asia. He is responsible for the overall direction and strategy of the company. He has more than 12 years of experience in USA and UK-based genomics and bioinformatics companies. Prior roles include progressively senior management roles in Beckton-Dickinson CLONTECH, Scimagix and PhenoCure. Arif holds a Ph.D. in Genetics awarded by University College London (UCL) and a B.Sc. in Genetics from the University of London.

Colin has over 30 years of experience in information technology. Specialising in Systems Architecture, he has been instrumental in the development of Synamatix's core technologies. Colin's past experiences include being the Systems Architect for the Guardian Royal Exchange (GRE) in Hong Kong between 1994-1997, Regional IT Service Manager for GRE Company in Singapore between 1997-1999 and Senior Manager of IT Architecture (Asia Pacific) for AXA Asia Regional Centre in Singapore from 1999-2002. Colin holds a BSc (Hons.) degree with a major in Computer Science from Monash University, Australia.
